The Leadership Circle Universal Model of Leadership contains:
The Leadership Circle Profile is a leadership effectiveness assessment that measures and provides leaders feedback through the lens of the Universal Model. It is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains, Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies and integrates these to reveal the leader's Operating System - their unique Internal Assumptions (beliefs) that drive behaviour in both domains.
Creative Competencies measure how you achieve results, bring out the best in others, lead with vision, enhance your own development, act with integrity and courage, and improve organizational systems. Reactive Tendencies are leadership styles that emphasize caution over creating results, self-protection over productive engagement, and aggression over building alignment. These self-limiting styles over emphasize the focus on gaining the approval of others, protecting yourself, and getting results through high control tactics.
The tool integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface. The manager can easily see how his/her inner world of thought translates into a productive or unproductive style of leadership.
Administered and debriefed by one of Metaco's Certified Practitioners, the Leadership Circle Profile assessment and debrief process is specifically tailored to every individual's development.
The Collective Leadership Assessment delivers a powerful "MRI" of your leadership culture. Our survey can be used for your entire organization or for a specific leadership team. Collective Leadership Assessment reveals valuable data that tells you how your people view their current leadership culture and compares that reality to the optimal culture they desire.
The Leadership System is a complete and integrated system for enhancing the effectiveness of individual and collective leadership for your entire organization. Components of the System are built on and around the same foundation as The Leadership Circle Profile and provide an ongoing systemic approach for lasting change.

The Team Panorama 360 is a unique assessment measures the team as an entity in its own right, and not the individual team members. Derived from the Hawkins's Five Disciplines Model of High Performing Teams, this powerful diagnostic tool will give your team a new awareness into how the team is experienced systemically by its various different stakeholders.
As a truly systemic tool, the survey contains questions that address the team's connections with its most important stakeholders inside and external to the company - and crucially what these different stakeholders need from the team. It also looks at the internal connections between team members themselves, and how they relate to their team purpose, strategy and targets.
The Team Panorama 360 gives valuable insights into how the team can step up collectively to add value to their key stakeholders, and generally be more effective and productive in your organisation.
The Questionnaire focuses on the Five Discipline areas:
It also measures Overall Productivity by providing a summary of the team's record on Capacity to Deliver
The feedback is delivered to the team by a Metaco Systemic Team Coach, either in person with the team or via a virtual team platform. Either way, the debriefing is done as an Action Learning Set for ease of interpretation and depth of understanding. The team gains a clear picture of how well the team is connected within its organisational system and what it can do to be more effective. The team is coached to identify their key priorities to work on and drive action plans for improvement.
The report contains a detailed analysis of the specific activities for each of the Five Disciplines, with a comparison of perceptions of effectiveness.
The TP 360 Report is also an excellent tool to focus external consultants or team coaches on where they can add the most value.
This archetypal framework offers in-depth insight to individuals, groups and collectives. Consisting of three centres of intelligence, nine main Enneagram types, 18 wings, three subtypes and Triadic styles, the Enneagram offers a rich map to personal development from an open systems perspective. It does not box in people, but rather opens a pathway to self-discovery and greater personal awareness.
The Integrative Enneagram creates self-awareness and uncovers the patterns of behaviour that sub-consciously drive and motivate us to act in certain ways. When we make these patterns and motivations conscious, we are able to transcend them and develop richer, more supportive ways of being. Working with the Enneagram empowers individuals to take responsibility for their own behaviours and growth, from a greater understanding of why they act and react the way they do.
As a framework, the Enneagram also speaks to the journey of integration and development in a profound way. It is able to uncover the uniqueness of each individual and his/her journey. It does not only reveal what holds an individual back, but also offers insights into the journey towards strength and liberation, connecting us to our strengths and higher selves. The Enneagram is, therefore, a sense-making tool or a framework that enables the development of self-knowledge and meta-awareness.
The Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire (iEQ9) is a tool used by business leaders, coaches and psychologists worldwide, to increase their own effectiveness. The simple, accessible reporting format gives all the information necessary to support self-understanding and enrich one's journey through life.
The individual profiling interview is completed online and is followed by a face-to-face or virtual debriefing session with one of Metaco's Certified Practitioners.
