Organisations which invest in their employees tend to be happier and more productive places to work and have higher retention statistics. They produce more outputs and outcomes and pay attention to individual needs in clients as well as employees. Training costs time and money but is fundamental to a successful organisation.

People are most motivated to pursue change that fits with their values and hopes. If a change matters little to people, they won't pursue it.

At the commencement of every Metaco course, participants set their own goals for the intervention. The trainers check that these are clear, specific, and optimally challenging. At the same time they ensure that each participant is able to identify how the knowledge they will gain from the training fits with what matters most to them, and will lead to valued outcomes.
