Transformational Coaching Masterclass:
A Systemic Approach to the Coaching of Individual Clients

With International Thought Leader, Professor Peter Hawkins

The Masterclass is for experienced coaches to take an in-depth reflection of their coaching practice, as they support clients who are creating significant change in their lives and organisations.

The Masterclass provides creative ways of using a systemic context to generate truly transformational change in individual clients. Coaching trios and other experiential learning provide practical application of these ideas. The content will cover:

  • The foundations of Transformational Coaching
  • The importance and process of un-learning and new learning for coaches
  • Ways of using our 'four brains' as action logics
  • Transformational use of the Hawkins & Smith CLEAR model for coaching

The Transformational Coaching Masterclass provides an unusual opportunity for high level input to support your professional coaching practice, with in-the-moment supervision by Peter Hawkins creating opportunities for reflection.
