MetaCo’s business is to deliver exceptional, sustainable,
measurable corporate and personal development solutions to
companies and individuals who want to be at the top of their
game, and stay there. This means continual challenge,
movement and a readiness to push the boundaries way beyond
your perceived limits, to a point where there no longer are
boundaries.
Tools and techniques from the Cognitive Behavioural Sciences
including NLP, Neuro-Semantics and Meta-Coaching are used in
tailored one-to-one or one-to-many coaching programmes.
These challenge and encourage you to access and utilise your
authentic personality, emotions and ways of thinking, in new
and innovative ways. This facilitates new ways of seeing,
being, engaging with and impacting on the world, resulting
in measurable and sustainable change.
MetaCo’s coaches and trainers are
experienced and qualified to assist you in reaching your
desired outcome and close the 'knowing-doing' gap between
concepts and practical results.
The unique suite of Meta-Coaching
and training services and products are fully customisable,
and are easily adapted to seamlessly fit the needs and
situations of our corporate and individual client base.
MetaCo’s services can be used independently of each other,
or to remarkable effect when used in the appropriate
circumstances in combination with each other.
The company is owned and operated by the founder members,
Danny Tuckwood and Barbara Walsh, both internationally
accredited Meta-Coaches.
SETA Accreditation makes it possible for corporate clients to claim back a significant
percentage of their costs from the Skills Development Levy
fund.

The People
Capacity for Large-Scale Corporate Meta-Coaching &
Training Interventions
Where the scope of a corporate Meta-Coaching or training project
is too large to be handled entirely by its resident coaches
and trainers, MetaCo has a base of highly qualified,
approved individuals from which it contracts in additional
resources.
The coaches who contract in to MetaCo are all experienced
and qualified Meta-Coaches, thereby ensuring consistency in
methodology. Like MetaCo’s resident coaches, they are
signed up to the Code of Ethics of the Meta-Coach Foundation
(www.metacoachfoundation.org) and the COMENSA Code of Ethics
(www.comensa.co.za). They operate as professional coaches
individually and independently, and are available to MetaCo
to supplement its resident team of coaches as and when
required.
On the training front, MetaCo likewise has approved a base
of experienced and qualified trainers, administrators and
project managers from which to draw when large scale
projects and programmes demand an increase in resources.
MetaCo will confidently and effectively provide large-scale
Meta-Coaching and training solutions nationally throughout South
Africa. In some areas local coaches and trainers can be
provided, and in other areas they may travel from
Johannesburg. International services can also be provided
on request, based on the availability of our South
African-based coaches and trainers to fulfill contracts in
other countries
