Change starts with leaders, and many leaders find themselves in positions of leadership with little or no preparation or training. Yet leadership requires a whole different toolkit of skills to those they already have, and which have brought them this far. This applies in many organisations, and especially in charities, where there simply is not the funding available to invest in developing their leaders.

Metaco provides up to R1,000,000 worth of resources annually for pro-bono Leadership Developmental coaching programmes for these leaders, who have dedicated their lives to assisting others – humans and animals.

Metaco also conducts MindSkills Workshops for youth leadership programmes countrywide. In the past we've partnered with the Student Sponsorship Programme, an NGO – Phedisang, and GIBS (Spirit of Youth Programme). It's an honour to teach these skills to our future leaders, and we never charge to deliver these meaningful programmes to empower young people between the ages of 12 and 20.
